Google’s case for ‘right to be forgotten’

John Weigle   I was listening to your podcast No. 92. I was using Firefox. The sound stopped at 3:28. I reloaded, which didn’t help, but playing it in another window worked fine.

Lisa Toth   I occasionally fill out survey forms but find that when I come to a ranking list where ranking of a number of items is requested that I can’t rank all the items.

Lisa Toth   Reading technical articles sometimes quickly lets me know how much I don’t know. Why are they working with JavaScript when we try to avoid Java?

John Weigle   I’m trying to set up a Microsoft account so I can use OneDrive and other Office 365 features but can’t do so. I’ve tried all my email addresses and MS says they’re all taken.

Lisa Toth   I’m gonna have to set up a new email program.  I see in the menu that there is a program called ‘mail’. That is where my contacts mysteriously went to. It doesn’t seem to be outlook.  Also on the menu is Outlook.  “Outlook” looks like a stripped down email program.  Since my contacts moved to “mail” I am going to try to set that up. Then I’ll have to find the data files I want to keep from “live” mail and put them somewhere.  Can I import those to Mail?
