Lida Ahmady, New York State Licensed Acupuncturist, Board Certified Chinese Herbalist, and founder of De’Qi Health, joins Dr. Bunny to discuss traditional Chinese medicine.  Lida tells us that traditional Chinese medicine includes Chinese herbology, acupuncture, nutritional support and lifestyle support.  Traditional Chinese medicine gets to the root of the issue and treats the whole person.

Acupuncture can help where other forms of treatment have failed, and it’s safe, natural and risk-free. It’s a traditional Chinese medicine modality that has been practiced for more than 3,000 years. Lida explains how she got into traditional Chinese medicine and why she loves it!
