Q&A with CIPCUG – Session 51

Benefits of Office 365

John Weigle:   My desktop and laptop have accepted the updates to the latest Windows 10. Now all I have to do is figure out which, if any, of the new features I’ll use. Suggestions???

John Weigle:   One thing about the updates. There were several reboots. I’m guessing that some things must be fully installed before the next thing in line can start. Is my guess anywhere close to being correct?

Lisa Toth:   When the term “start menu” is used, is that the tiles in windows 8 and 10?

If that is true, then am I slowing things down by adding new tiles to the group?

Lisa Toth:   Phantom pages that try to load when I am in the email program and when I am on web pages.

How can I determine if there is a problem with a program in the start menu?
