Roger Houston   Both of my Win 10 PC’s are locked from me. Seems that they are in an endless loop. Been over 3 hours. Could this be the win 1809 update? How long does it take? I am tempted to force a reboot, but will wait a couple more hours.

Andy Toth   Lisa and I both enter into Quicken. Currently we use/share the folder on her drive and I save backup to my OneDrive which she has access. Quicken has the option of opening a file. The issue is it does not recognize the OneDrive drive. Is there some way to get quicken to list this drive in its folder listing? I am using Quicken 2013 home and office.

Lisa Toth   How can I get rid of the little boxes that pop up on the left side of my FaceBook page telling me someone has posted something.

Lisa Toth   I need an explanation about RSS feeds and the like. I don’t know what happens after I select to receive something that way. How do I access the content I want etc.

 John Weigle   I’m having problems using Save or Save As with the latest Word update. Either I forgot to save my stamp column for The Star this week or completely lost where the heck it went when I did save it.

John Weigle   If I try to save a Thunderbird email or email attachment on the My Documents folder (it’s on my E: drive, not the C: drive), I end up saving things to a folder on the desktop and then moving them to where I wanted to put them in the first place.

Lisa Toth What is your feeling about the Avast browser? I’m not truly happy with any of them right now.

Fred Krueger  Windows 1803, I keep changing how the mouse works. what I keep doing is changing the scroll function. I go to settings, devices, and set the scroll to multiple lines, then to advanced, set the wheel to 10 lines, then click apply then OK. this works for awhile then every time she comes back to her computer it is back to 0 again. very annoying
